The
problems here are even worse than shown on the forms. The area
has never actually been surveyed. The people tasked to do the
survey seemed unwilling to wander around in all the sewage to
look for the bombs.
So
in reality, the Tijuana River Estuary and Border Field State Park
could be rated almost anywhere on these forms. The good news is
that all the sewage is actually keeping park visitors out of what
might well be some kind of huge mound of unexploded ordnance.

Vast
park vistas filled with interesting "artifacts" await
the visitor. Even if they are covering a minefield, or a bombing
range, or a sewage coated explosives disposal area.
